We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. We ship directly from our climate-controlled warehouse in the US to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition.

    • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected automatically for the fastest route).

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

    • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 Business Days.

Order Processing Time We know you are eager to receive your order. Our team works diligently to process all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Please note: Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will typically ship the following Monday.

Order Tracking Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can also track your order status at any time by logging into your BEAUTYWAL account.

Signature Requirement To ensure the security of your high-value luxury items, orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery. This protects your purchase from theft or loss.

Lost or Damaged Packages While rare, accidents during transit can happen. If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it:

  2. Retain all original packaging materials (for damage claims).

  3. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly.
